This week has felt incredibly long for some reason. Like, probably 3 times as long as a normal week. I’m not sure why that is but I’m sooooo happy that Friday is here and that it’s very nearly the weekend! I don’t have anything exciting planned for the weekend unless you count grocery shopping or working out at the gym exciting. I do not. I will however have my husband and
my our camera back in my possession so that will be awesome. It means that I can finally do a lot more recipes and not have to hold off for better pictures. Which is great for you guys too!
My bacon lovers will like this one. Yes you read that right, Spicy Praline Bacon. How incredible is that?
These potato croquettes with ham and cheese look amazing. This link is in French and Italian but you can use Google to translate it. The best is when you translate from French to English and it translates as “200 g of scamorza smoked provolone or piccante sheep or diced” or the Italian “200 g of smoked provolone and spicy nuts”. What they mean is either smoked scamorza, piccante (spicy) provolone or goat cheese (I think). So you don’t have to worry about spicy sheep or nuts for that step. The rest is pretty understandable if you translate to one or the other. You can use cheddar cheese as well in this recipe.
When I saw this recipe for Brownies with Mocha Buttercream, I totally wanted to run out and buy some brownies right away. Wow. The presentation is perfect too.
I have been meaning to try some sort of veggie/fruit chips for a while and this recipe has made me want to try it with zucchini.
If you really wanted to indulge this weekend, you should totally do it with these doughnuts. Definitely some drool-worthy photos right there.
PS – Have a new signature thanks to Melissa at Melissa Rose Design! Isn’t it cute? She also designed some buttons for me that might be showing up on other blogs, one of which I will place on my sidebar in the near future.
